WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead Conversion – Follow up with inbound leads from marketing, events, and referrals
Client Consultations – Conduct on-site and virtual walkthroughs to assess scope
Proposal Creation – Build custom quotes using our CRM and quoting software
Follow-Up – Proactively close deals with disciplined follow-up strategies
Client Experience – Guide material selection, support design ideas, and communicate clearly throughout
Performance Discipline – Meet quote deadlines, pipeline standards, and communication standards
Self-Leadership – You run your own business within ours, with full autonomy and accountability
Skill Development – Participate in daily sales meetings, Cardone training, reading books provided by the company, and monthly company meetings and conferences
Hunt If You Want More – Bring your own leads and earn more per deal
REQUIREMENTS
2–5+ years in construction, landscaping, or renovation sales
Personal vehicle required – this is an in-field sales role
Strong closing ability and confidence in high-ticket selling
Experience using CRM and digital quoting tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High personal standards, hunger to earn, and a drive to improve
No micromanagement — just results
EARNINGS
Year 1 Expected Income: $100K
Top Performer Earnings: $300K+
Commission: Tiered, based on project size
Bonus: Annual performance bonus based on KPI targets
Referrals: Earn on every referred deal closed
Self-Generated Leads: Higher commission rate on all deals you bring in
