ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an AZ Driver at AHS, you’re a critical player in our daily operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of materials, tools, equipment, and occasionally team members between our warehouse, suppliers, and project sites across the GTA.

You’ll be the reliable link that keeps our construction pipeline moving — on time, every time.

EARNINGS

💵 Base Salary: Starting from $30/hour +(based on experience)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

✅ Deliveries and pick-ups completed on time, daily

✅ Vehicles are inspected, clean, and compliant at all times

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate company AZ vehicles safely and efficiently

Transport construction materials and equipment to job sites

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain delivery documentation and daily logs

Communicate with dispatch, site crews, and warehouse

Follow road safety, load securement, and compliance regulations

Support occasional warehouse and yard operations as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Valid AZ License with a clean driver’s abstract

Minimum 2 years of AZ driving experience

Strong knowledge of GTA roadways and traffic patterns

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist in loading/unloading

Basic mechanical understanding is an asset

Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated

Must be available for early starts and occasional Saturdays

The Sales Manager at AHS is a full-cycle closer and client advisor — handling everything from first contact to contract signature. You’ll manage yourself, your time, your pipeline, and your deals. With 20–30 qualified appointments per week, you’ll spend your time in the field, on the phone, and at the table closing high-value construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Conversion – Follow up with inbound leads from marketing, events, and referrals

Follow-Up – Proactively close deals with disciplined follow-up strategies

Client Experience – Guide material selection, support design ideas, and communicate clearly throughout

Self-Leadership – You run your own business within ours, with full autonomy and accountability

REQUIREMENTS

2–5+ years in construction, landscaping, or renovation sales

Personal vehicle required – this is an in-field sales role

Strong closing ability and confidence in high-ticket selling

Experience using CRM and digital quoting tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
