ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Warehouse Manager / Mechanic, you are the backbone of daily operations. From tool tracking to truck readiness, you manage our fleet, equipment, and inventory with precision. You’ll lead by example — keeping everything running smoothly and stepping in to solve mechanical issues quickly and effectively.

This is a multi-hat role for someone who’s mechanically inclined, organized, and ready to take charge.

EARNINGS

🔧 Base Salary: $50K–$70K (based on experience)

🧰 Tool Allowance: Provided annually

🎯 Performance Bonus: Based on KPIs and operational uptime

🚛 Fuel Card & Company Vehicle: For work-related travel

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

✅ Tools and materials organized, tracked, and accessible

✅ All vehicles and equipment pass inspections and stay in service

✅ Fleet maintenance logs up to date

✅ Crews are prepped and fully equipped every morning

✅ Breakdowns are resolved quickly and proactively

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee all warehouse inventory, tools, and material deliveries

- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping machinery, tools, and trucks

- Manage parts and equipment ordering and restocking

- Track tool check-ins/check-outs and resolve any loss/damage issues

- Organize and dispatch crews daily with necessary tools and vehicles

- Ensure safety compliance and inspections for all fleet vehicles

- Keep the warehouse clean, secure, and optimized for operations

- Coordinate with site supervisors and procurement for project needs

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years in a warehouse, mechanic, or operations role (landscaping industry preferred)

- Mechanical repair experience with trucks, trailers, and small engines

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Forklift certification is an asset

- Valid G driver’s license (AZ or DZ a bonus)

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in both shop and yard environments

- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and accountability
