📍 Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) | Office-Based & In-Field

💰 Compensation: $50K–$80K+ (Base Salary + KPI-Based Bonus + Project Incentives)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and help quote high-end landscaping and pool projects with accuracy and speed.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Estimator at AHS plays a critical role in the sales and construction process — pricing out complex outdoor projects and ensuring all estimates are accurate, timely, and competitive. You’ll work closely with sales managers, project managers, and suppliers to build winning quotes that align with client needs and company goals.

EARNINGS

Year 1 Expected Income: $50K+

Top Performer Earnings: $80K+

Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus based on accuracy, volume, and timelines

Incentives: Additional earnings for estimating closed custom or complex projects

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze architectural drawings, site photos, and field notes

Prepare detailed cost estimates for pool and landscaping projects

Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop tailored proposals

Revise estimates quickly as project scopes evolve

Maintain database of pricing, materials, and labor rates

Assist with budget planning and project forecasting

REQUIREMENTS

2–5+ years of estimating experience in construction, landscaping, or pools

Strong understanding of materials, labor, and scopes related to outdoor construction

Proficiency with estimating software, spreadsheets, and CRM tools

Ability to read technical drawings and site plans

Strong math, organization, and communication skills

High attention to detail and deadline discipline

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
