Custom Residential | $60,000 Base + Tiered Commission | Alberta
Salisbury Landscaping is hiring a Senior Landscape Designer to lead high-end, custom residential projects from concept to completion.
This is a leadership role for an experienced designer who wants creative control, client ownership, and real influence over project outcomes — not just another drafting position.

• Lead the creative vision on custom residential projects
• Run client consultations and presentations
• Design buildable, high-quality outdoor spaces
• Collaborate with Project Development & Operations
• Maintain strong client relationships and referrals
Who We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of residential landscape design experience
• Strong portfolio of built projects
• Solid knowledge of construction methods & plant material
• Confident client communication skills
• AutoCAD / SketchUp / Dynascape experience
• Field experience is a strong asset
No architectural designation required.

Education:
College/Technical Training or Trades Certificate,

Compensation
$60000 to $60000/year
• $60,000 base salary
