Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell high-quality landscaping products. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their landscaping needs, and providing expert guidance on our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for outdoor aesthetics, and a proactive approach to driving sales growth. Core Responsibilities:
- Achieve $800k+ annual revenue production target.
- Protect margin by following our metrics and refusing low-quality, low-margin work.
- Maintain 3x pipeline coverage and clean CRM data.
- Run structured discovery, site visits, and scope definition, then ensure verification before proposals.
- Own client communication from first contact through signed agreement, then execute a clean operations handoff.
- Update CRM within 24 hours of any client interaction.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5+ years selling services (home services or construction) with a documented track record
- Prospecting capability (not “order taking”)
- CRM discipline and comfort with structured processes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation
$40,000 to $150,000.00/year
