Location rests on a beautiful 9-acre plot of manicured and curated land developed for corporate events. Property houses 3 buildings including a new 2,400 sq/ft fully equipped equipment shed. Wide range of various tasks but priority focus would include grass cutting; trimming; gardening; landscaping; driveways and walkway edging, overall property upkeep; basic equipment maintenance; staff support when required; etc. Challenging summer projects could include revitalizing a creekside rustic herb garden. Must be comfortable operating equipment (tractor, lawn mower, trimmer, chain saw) and have a drivers license. Flexibility necessary depending on weather and scheduled events on the property but intent would be 3+ days per week. Ideally this candidate would evolve into a part of our team and expand to a wider range of tasks including assisting in the core business (corporate events).
