Your Role in Our Team
As our Irrigation Specialist, you will work as part of a collaborative field team, delivering quality installations and maintenance services while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professional customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
● Install, service, and maintain irrigation and lighting systems, interpret drawings and site plans to ensure accurate system layout and functionality.
● Perform inspections, seasonal maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards.
● Communicate professionally with clients and team members to support clear expectations and positive service experiences.
● Conduct daily inspections of tools, equipment, and work vehicles; maintain readiness and report or address maintenance needs.
● Travel to multiple properties throughout the workday and support installation or service activities across various locations.
● Maintain parts inventory in company vehicles, load and unload materials, and ensure resources are available for field operations.
● Perform work in accordance with WSIB standards and company safety policies, always promoting safe work practices.
● Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time to support operational tracking and service records.

Qualifications
● Certifications in irrigation are an asset
● Ability to use hand tools and field equipment
● Valid Class “G” driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Customer service experience is an asset
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work independently and in teams
Busy-Season Workload Expectations
Due to seasonal business demands, workload increases significantly during peak periods. Additional hours are required and are balanced with off-peak adjustments.

Compensation
$22 to $32/hour
