Job Description
Rustic Impressions is launching a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Division and is seeking a motivated leader to build and run it. This is a department leadership role, not a crew position. The successful candidate will lead the development of a new division with the support of an established company known for high-end landscape design, construction, and masonry. Responsibilities include building and managing a maintenance team, overseeing scheduling and quality control, developing operational systems, managing the department budget, and helping grow the client base. This role offers significant independence and the opportunity to shape the standards, culture, and long-term success of the division.
This position is ideal for someone with strong landscape maintenance experience who thinks entrepreneurially, takes pride in quality and systems, and wants the opportunity to build and lead something meaningful within a growing company.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma,
Skills & Professional Training
Driver's License - G, Clean Driving Record, WHMIS, First AID
Compensation
$35 to $45/hour
paid vacation, health benefits, RRSP match, tool and clothing allowance, onsite gym, along with a signing bonus to be discussed during the interview process, ongoing growth-based incentives tied to new clients and contracts, and additional performance bonuses as the division expands
