Oversee the construction of hardscape projects, ensuring workmanship meets company and industry expectations. Implement proper site grading and drainage solutions with precision and foresight. Conduct ongoing quality checks and resolve issues efficiently. Communicate clearly with managers, clients, and suppliers to coordinate materials, schedules, and expectations. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition. Lead a winter maintenance crew to ensure properties are safe, clear, and meet company standards throughout the season. Share a common commitment to company and team success. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Landscape Construction experience with demonstrated skill in interlock installation. Non-negotiable. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience leading crews in the landscape or construction industry. Proven ability to read and execute landscape design plans accurately. Portfolio of completed work produced for review. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in outdoor conditions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Availability for full-time work, including full participation in winter operations. What We Offer: The opportunity to lead challenging and rewarding projects with a company that values craftsmanship and integrity. Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
