Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for performing various lawn care and landscaping tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns to enhance curb appeal

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Perform aeration, seeding, mulching, and sod installation

Identify lawn issues such as pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies

Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment

Qualifications:

Proven skills and experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field is a MUST

Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills
