Job Description
NEW OPENING for a full-time LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LABOURER to join our Team for the 2026 SEASON for the installation of pavers, retaining wall systems, steps, natural stone, sod, decks, etc.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in hardscape construction (ideally interlocking) is required.
- Hourly compensation will depend upon the demonstrated skill level, experience and education of the successful candidate. WAGE RANGE approx. $20-25/hour.

- A high-school diploma/GED and valid Class G DRIVER’S LICENCE (clean driver’s abstract) with the use of one’s own vehicle are absolute musts.
- Must be a physically fit individual with the ability to lift over 50 lbs. in a physically demanding work environment. Steel-toed safety boots must be worn.
- Exceptional attention to detail is needed, along with the ability to take direction and follow through with instructions. We are looking for a Team member with a positive attitude and desire for continuous learning and improvement in a fast-paced environment. Someone honest, hardworking and punctual.
- Being able to work well in a team setting is vital, but the ability to work independently when required is equally important.
Compensation
$20 to $25/hour
