Landscape Maintenance Team Member

We are a , growing landscape maintenance and construction company in the GTA, seeking several reliable and hardworking team members to join our landscape maintenance crews. This position is focused on maintaining commercial properties throughout the GTA, primarily involving grass cutting and general landscape upkeep. As a team member, you will work directly with our crew, visiting multiple properties daily, ensuring they maintain a professional appearance and are well cared for. Responsibilities: Depart from our yard in Vaughan daily at 6:30 AM. Travel to commercial properties across the GTA for routine landscape maintenance. Cut grass, trim edges, maintain flower beds, and assist with other general landscape upkeep as required. Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality. Report any property issues or special requests to the supervisor. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols. Requirements: Previous landscape maintenance experience is mandatory. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work in a team environment and independently. Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and operating equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
