Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator who thrives on precision and takes pride in delivering top-quality work. What You’ll Do:
Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery to complete diverse landscape construction projects.
Execute fine grading and site preparation with expert precision.
Read, interpret, and follow grade stakes, elevations, and site plans.
Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure safe, efficient operation.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (bulldozer experience preferred).
Strong understanding of fine grading, site layout, and construction best practices.
Ability to read construction drawings and work independently with minimal supervision

$29 to $36/hour
