Now Hiring: Foreman / Lead Hand – Landscaping & Pool Construction (Barrie Area) CC Landscaping Inc. is growing and looking to add a skilled Foreman or Lead Hand to our team. We specialize in building high-end backyards including custom pools, interlock, armour stone, and full landscape transformations. Position Overview: We are looking for someone who can lead by example on-site, help manage crews, and deliver high-quality work efficiently. This role can be tailored to either a Lead Hand or Foreman level, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside a crew on landscaping and pool projects Operate equipment (mini excavator, skid steer, etc.) Read and follow plans/layouts Install interlock, armour stone, grading, drainage, and pool prep Ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate with the team and management on progress Requirements: 3+ years experience (Lead Hand) / 5+ years (Foreman) Strong knowledge of landscaping and/or pool construction Ability to run equipment confidently Leadership skills and a strong work ethic Valid driver’s license (experience towing is an asset) Reliable and able to work without constant supervision Compensation: $28–$45/hour (based on experience and role) Performance-based bonuses Opportunity for growth into a long-term leadership role Location: Based out of the Barrie area, working on projects throughout Simcoe County and surrounding regions.
