In this 1099 partnership, you will consult with high-end homeowners to design bespoke backyard destinations—ranging from professional golf simulators and billiards lounges to luxury whiskey bars—with project values typically between $75,000 and $110,000. You will have full autonomy over your schedule and territory, backed by a professional website, high-quality digital marketing assets, and a direct line of communication to our lead designer and contractor to ensure every technical detail is covered. This is a premier opportunity for a self-motivated "closer" to represent a high-demand, luxury product in Ontario’s booming outdoor living market.

We are looking for a sharp, independent partner to help us bring these unique structures to properties across Ontario's most scenic regions.
Role Description
As an Independent Sales Representative (1099 Contractor), you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting high-net-worth property owners up to, but not including, closing the final contract. This is a purely commission-based role, offering you the freedom to manage your own schedule while selling a high-ticket, high-demand product.
Qualifications
Sales Excellence: Experience in high-ticket "long cycle" sales (Real Estate, Luxury Home Reno, Landscaping, or similar).
Self-Starter: You are comfortable working as an independent contractor with zero "hand-holding."
Local Network: Deep knowledge of the Southern Ontario market or established ties in Ontario's cottage regions.
Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills for dealing with high-end clients.
Compensation & Disclosures:
Pay Structure: 100% Commission.
Rate: 4% Commission on the total sale value of each completed contract.
Expected Earnings: Based on our premium modular project values of $75,000 to $110,000, typical commissions range from $3,000 to $4,400+ per sale.
