The Role We are looking for a skilled gardener or horticulturist who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader position for the right candidate. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing high-end residential landscapes, with a strong focus on plant health, garden care, and detailed, high-quality work.
