Job Description
• Train and coach crews on proper planting and horticultural techniques.
• Oversee plant installation and transport, ensuring zero damage.
• Prune, water, and guide staff on plant health and maintenance.
• Identify plant pests and diseases and provide treatment guidance.
• Inspect nursery stock and tag plants for upcoming jobs.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and plant treatments as needed.
• Get hands-on with planting and maintenance when needed.
Qualifications
- Driver's License - G
- Pesticide Technician Certificate
• 1–3 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or equivalent hands-on knowledge.
• Spray License (Landscape Exterminator) – required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
• Competitive Pay: $25–$30/hr. based on experience and certifications.
