At Lindsay Landscape, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscape installation and maintenance tasks. This includes hands-on outdoor work and the operation of landscaping equipment to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.

 Perform planting of flowers, shrubs, and trees using proper horticultural techniques, ensuring long-term plant health

 Prepare soil, amend with nutrients, and install sod or garden beds with attention to grading and drainage

 Maintain gardens through precise weeding, edging, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups

 Monitor plant health and identify signs of stress, disease, or pest activity

 Apply pest and disease control methods following Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles

 Perform pruning and shaping of shrubs and trees to promote healthy growth and aesthetic quality

 Execute lawn care tasks including mowing, aeration, dethatching, fertilization, and irrigation management

 Conduct detailed garden maintenance, including purging invasive species and maintaining plant spacing

 Ensure high attention to detail in all aspects of garden presentation and maintenance

 Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

 Support installation and enhancement of landscape features as required
