Job Description
As the Grounds Keeping Manager, you’ll:
Oversee daily operations for our janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal teams.
Ensure all properties meet top-tier standards – clean, safe, and beautiful.
Coordinate with clients, manage contracts, and follow up on service excellence.
Build and grow relationships with vendors, sub-trades, and clients.
Visit sites regularly, monitor quality, and act swiftly on issues.
Build seasonal work schedules and keep the team on track.
Coordinate emergency repairs and manage monthly invoicing.
Plan and manage snow/ice operations, from plowing to salting.
Ensure all sites are safe and fully serviced 24/7.
Document pile placements, weather logs, and pre-season client meetings.
Qualifications
- Driver's License - G
What You Bring:
5+ years in Property or Facility Management.
Expertise in landscape maintenance, janitorial, and snow/ice control.
Strong understanding of project costing, safety standards, and contract management.
Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
A knack for leadership, quick thinking, and problem-solving under pressure
Compensation
Salary: $110,000–$120,000, based on experience.
