Grounds-Keeping Senior Manager
Keeping multiple sites running smoothly takes more than effort—it takes leadership, precision, and accountability. That’s where you come in.
At Oakridge Landscape Contractors, we’ve been building and maintaining 60+ properties across Southern Ontario for over 30 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Grounds-Keeping Senior Manager to lead our janitorial, landscape maintenance, and snow operations teams.
What the role looks like:
This is a leadership role focused on operations, quality, and team performance.
Lead Operations: Oversee daily activities across janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal divisions
Set the Standard: Ensure all properties meet high standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance
Manage Relationships: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and sub-trades
Monitor Quality: Conduct regular site visits and resolve issues quickly
Plan Ahead: Build schedules, manage seasonal workflows, and allocate resources
Drive Performance: Oversee contracts, service delivery, and team accountability
Handle Logistics: Coordinate emergency work, invoicing, and reporting
Overseeing Winter Ops: Snow and ice management, including documentation and site readiness
Qualifications
- College/Technical Training or Trades Certificate,
- Driver's License - G
What we’re looking for:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
5+ years in property or facility management
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, janitorial services, and snow/ice operations
Strong understanding of project costing, safety standards, and contract management.
Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills.
A knack for leadership, quick thinking, and problem-solving under pressure
Compensation

Salary: $110,000–$120,000, based on experience.
