Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
• View job with Designers, Project Manager and, Client
• Create a project plan for the installation of the job
• Ability to step in and take over a job at any stage
• Accountability for the profitability and quality of the job
• Monitor and track job material and job progress
• Troubleshoot issues that arise on the job and modify the job in collaboration with the Designer and Client
• Responsible for crew timesheets
• Mentor and coach new employees on installation tactics
• Ability to understand and read elevations (building walls, patios, etc.) and drainage on projects
• Complete required paperwork and purchase orders
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
• Responsibility for a safe work environment and the workers under Foreman supervision
• Responsible for the cleanliness of sites, company vehicles and equipment
• Complete required safety documents
o Incident reports
o Toolbox
o Hazard Assessments
o Inspections
• Operate equipment required for the job
Qualifications
- Driver's License - AZ
- Clean Driving Record
- Skid Steer
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building custom residential landscaping
• Minimum 3 years of leading a crew of 2-3 people
• Must be able to push and pull 60-100 lbs
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality completion
• Strong oral communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and minimum 3 years personal auto insurance
