Support the Supervisor in the field, help lead the crew, keep work moving, maintain quality and safety, and support newer team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Help lead day-to-day construction work

Support crew organization and daily pace

Maintain workmanship and safety standards

Help coordinate tools, materials, and equipment

Support training of newer staff

Communicate field issues early

Qualifications:

Landscape Construction experience

Strong work ethic and dependability

Leadership potential or previous lead hand experience

Valid driver's licence & Clean driver's abstract

Pride in workmanship

Experience building fences, decks, patio's, retaining walls, interlock, shoreline work
