Job Description
We are a 30 year well established landscape company seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Landscape Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for landscape construction and maintenance projects. You will review plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are priced correctly and profitably.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of landscape construction methods, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to interpret drawings and project requirements. You will play a key role in project planning and sales support, helping deliver high-quality projects that align with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma,
Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Experience with estimating software (e.g., DynaScape Manage360, Excel)
Solid math and quantity takeoff skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
