We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead / Supervisor to oversee all landscape maintenance operations at a single, prestigious high-profile property.

This is not a multi-site route position, the successful candidate will be dedicated exclusively to one landmark location, ensuring the grounds are maintained to the highest possible standards every day.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on leader with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and site expectations in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate landscape maintenance crews on a daily basis

- Coordinate and organize daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance schedules

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards

- Maintain the overall appearance and presentation of the property at all times

- Monitor site conditions proactively and address maintenance priorities as needed

- Train and mentor crew members on landscaping practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures

- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability across the team

- Communicate professionally with management, clients, and staff regarding site needs and progress

- Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment and tools

- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
