We’re Hiring: Lawn Maintenance Crew Member:

Location: Hamilton, ON.

Pay: $20.86 - $25.24/hr (based on experience).

Benefits after probation.

What You’ll Do:

Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and pull weeds like a pro.

Clean up litter and grass clippings to keep sites sharp.

Plant flowers, edge beds, and tidy up outdoor spaces.

Safely use lawn maintenance tools and equipment.

Work hard, stay safe, and support your team.

Communicate with your crew and follow daily plans.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid G driver’s license.

Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

Willingness to work long hours outdoors - rain or shine.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Team player who’s reliable and ready to learn.
