WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build vinyl pool, concrete, and fiberglass pools

Install pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and purification systems

Collaborate with landscapers and site supervisors to ensure project alignment

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and worksite plans

Maintain safety and quality control on every job site

Troubleshoot and resolve technical installation issues on-site

Ensure timely completion of all tasks within project deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years experience building vinyl pools, concrete, or fiberglass pools

Strong understanding of pool construction techniques, plumbing, and systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specs

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-focused environment

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

💰 Pay: $30-$60/hour (Depending on Experience)

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday + Overtime Available
