Cobble Design, an award-winning landscape design/build firm, is launching Cobble Cares™, a new division focused on long-term plant care and garden performance.
We’re seeking a skilled horticulture professional to help build and lead this division from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape services, establish standards, and grow a high-quality plant care team within an established company.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver and oversee premium garden care and softscape services
Develop systems, standards, and service offerings
Support installations and advise on plant quality
Build and lead a team over time
Promote our offering to clients and lead execution of work
Qualifications
- College/Technical Training or Trades Certificate,
- Driver's License - G
- Clean Driving Record
- Horticulture degree or diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience designing, installing and managing softscapes
- Highly effective people leader
- Working knowledge of horticulture best practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to relate to, and interact with, a wide variety of people
Compensation
