Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead residential landscape construction projects from planning through final completion

• Work closely with the President, Estimators, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure successful project execution

• Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors

• Coordinate project kick-offs and oversee all phases of construction

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and project progress

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendors

• Identify and resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and budgets

• Track project costs, reporting, and overall performance

• Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator to maintain smooth project operations

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Oakridge quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of residential landscape construction experience

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, elevations, layouts, and project specifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and related software

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
