Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Landscape Designer to join our growing team in a full-time, in-person role focused primarily on garden and planting designs. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for plants, outdoor spaces, and client interaction who is looking to grow within the landscape design industry.
The primary responsibility of this role is conducting in-store garden consultations with clients. This includes reviewing client information and photos, discussing project goals, creating simple hand sketches and plant lists, and collaborating with the team to prepare installation estimates following the consultation. Projects will primarily focus on front and backyard garden designs and planting plans.
Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients by phone and email, assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks, and occasionally attending in-home consultations when required.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, creative, and eager to learn. A strong interest in horticulture, landscape design, and customer service is important. Previous experience in landscape design, horticulture, garden centres, or related fields is considered an asset. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Organized and able to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
-Proficient with email and basic computer programs
-Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
-Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
