Job Description
Join our crew, taking leadership in landscape construction, customer service and softscape installation. Candidate will work with their crew to execute job site tasks daily, including: installation of paving stones, pruning, layout of plant material, application of herbicide, and driving company truck and trailer. They will be responsible for day to day customer communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma,
- Apprentice Level I/II,
- College/Technical Training or Trades Certificate,
- Driver's License - G
- Clean Driving Record
- Pesticide Technician Certificate
Valid Class 5 Drivers License with no major demerits
Minimum 3 years experience driving heavy trucks and trailers.
Ability to comfortably lift weights of 50lbs and to perform manual labour up to 10 hours a day.
Former landscape construction and maintenance work required
Pesticide Applicator Core
Plant identification skills an asset
Red Seal Journeyperson ticket or similar education an asset
Compensation
Set schedule Tuesday - Fridays. Get weekends and Mondays off, as well as stat holidays.
