Landscape Horticulture Team Leadership
Job planning, on-site work to completion and customer interaction.
Includes driving company trucks for delivery and team logistics.
Equipment operation as required: excavator, track loader, forklift
Pesticide application and sprayer operation.
Mentorship and training of apprentices and new workers
Will lead to consulting, quoting, and management work for suitable candidate.
Wage is negotiable based on proven experience.
Qualifications
- College/Technical Training or Trades Certificate,
- Driver's License - AR
- Clean Driving Record
- Pesticide Technician Certificate
- Skid Steer
- Fork Lift Certificate
- WHMIS
- First AID
- CPR
Must have a minimum of 5 years in landscape construction industry.
Compensation
Performance Bonus, Store Discounts, 3-day weekend
