Job Description
The landscape maintenance crew leader will perform tasks including leading and training his or her staff on planting, lawn mowing, trimming, weed pulling, leaf blowing and collecting, esthetic pruning. The job will include communicating with the Horticultural Manager on a daily basis, sometimes site basis. The crew leader will be responsible for training the crew truck driver, ensuring loading and unloading of the truck is done properly at the yard.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma,
- Driver's License - G
- Clean Driving Record
- Skid Steer
- GROW Supervisory Training
- First AID
- CPR
Ability to train and lead two to three people.
Three years of horticultural experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
