Job Description

Why Landform? We Build More Than Gardens—We Build Careers.

Pay: CA$28.00 – CA$30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday ( occasional weekends)

At Landform, we know that our best assets aren't our mowers or trucks—it’s our people. We’ve designed a culture that respects your hard work during the week so you can actually enjoy your time off. If you are a seasoned landscaper looking for a company that values your leadership and offers a clear path to the top, you’re in the right place.

The Perks of the Job

-Transparent Career Pathing: We don't keep you guessing. Laborers become Lead hands, Lead hands become Foremen, and Foreman become Site Supervisors. We provide the training to get you there.

-Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Dental and Extended Health Care packages.

Team Culture: Regular company events and a crew that actually enjoys working together.

-Stability: Permanent, seasonal roles with opportunities for year-round employment.

We believe in "Leveling Up." As a Maintenance Foreman, you aren't just mowing; you are managing. We promote from within and have transparent growth plans so you know exactly what the next levels are.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a leader on the ground, you will oversee a dedicated crew to ensure our properties look pristine.

-Lead & Mentor: Train and supervise your groundskeeping crew to maintain high quality-control standards.

-Safety First: Run daily toolbox meetings and ensure all FLHAs and safety policies are followed.

-Expert Maintenance: Oversee professional mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and noxious weed control.

-Equipment Care: Perform minor repairs on gear to keep the crew moving efficiently.

Client Satisfaction: Monitor moisture levels and plant health to ensure long-term landscape success.

What You Bring to the Team

-Experience: 4–5 years in professional landscape maintenance with a proven track record of leading others.

-Physical Stamina: You love the "outdoor gym" and can lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.

-Weather Resilience: You’re comfortable leading through the heat, rain, and dust.

-Technical Skill: Expert-level knowledge of small engine equipment and power tools.

-Reliability: You show up for your team, every time. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport to the yard are essential.
