HARDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LEAD HAND
Position Summary
Support the Supervisor in the field, help lead the crew, keep work moving, maintain quality and safety, and support newer team members.
Minimum 2 Years experience in a lead hand position with experience building fences, decks, patio’s, retaining walls, shoreline work
Key Responsibilities
Build/Construct high quality wood/composite fences, decks, pergolas, and stone patios
Help lead day-to-day construction work
Support crew organization and daily pace
Maintain workmanship and safety standard
Help coordinate tools, materials, and equipment
Support training of newer staff
Communicate field issues early
Qualifications
Landscape construction experience 3-5 years
Strong work ethic and dependability
Leadership potential or previous lead hand experience
Valid driver’s license
Pride in quality workmanship

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (Based on qualifications & experience)
