Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead maintenance efforts on residential and commercial properties, ensure equipment reliability, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation for the team. On top of daily maintenance, lead hands make sure that the team carries out the work technically, ethically, and in a timely manner.

Education:

- Apprentice Level I/II,
Skills & Professional Training
- Driver's License - G
- Clean Driving Record
Compensation
$22 to $28/hour
