Knowledge of Ontario garden plants & of basic garden maintenance practises.
Talk out loud with your team on your approach to each property.
Listen & Communicate with customer to understand and deliver on Special Requests and advise if you can or cannot complete during that visit.
Always looking ahead on time management from the walkthrough to completion and using GG

Lead a team of gardeners in
gardening duties
regular maintenance duties helpnew gardeners to ensure they understand and can execute tasks correctly and to GG standards
Final check of property to ensure all objectives of the visit have been met.
Ensure that our Mission, Vision & Values and Norms of Collaboration including Health and Safety requirements are adhered to at all times.
Complete daily time tracking, job reporting in Jobber.
Communicate well with clients, team and public.
Collaborate & Communicate with management on any follow up/future needs of each job
Qualifications
- High School Diploma,
- Driver's License - G
Compensation
Able to choose the days to work Monday - Friday
