Job Description

What We’re Looking For:

A candidate who wants to grow with us—not just a short-term gig. Someone committed to mastering their craft, eager to learn through our training programs, and interested in building a lasting career in landscaping.

Why You’ll Want In:

Real training. Real feedback. Real growth.

Young leadership, clear systems, and a growth plan you can see.

Good money, good people, and no chaos.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in building decks, fences, pergolas, and custom woodwork;

Perform high-quality landscaping tasks including planting, mulching, lawn maintenance, pruning, and irrigation system support

Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Follow project plans and customer specifications accurately

Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards at all times

Actively participate in training sessions and skills development workshops

Assist with problem-solving on site to improve workflow and customer satisfaction

Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding progress and challenges

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by seeking feedback and applying learnings

Support seasonal tasks across divisions such as snow clearing during winter or turf maintenance; and

Ask questions, stay curious, and grow your skills every day.

You:

Have a year (or more) of landscaping, carpentry or maintenance experience — or the right mindset to learn fast;

Want more than just a job — you're aiming to become a crew lead within a few years;

Respect structure, own your work, and show up with purpose;

Hungry for growth and a long-term career, not just a job

Reliable, transparent, and respectful in your work

Open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment; and
