We are seeking entry level or skilled Landscape Technicians to join our team. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, you'll work alongside skilled professionals on high-end projects while developing valuable trade skills in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do:

As a Landscape Construction Labourer, you'll assist with the construction of beautiful outdoor spaces, including:

- Excavation and site preparation

- Hardscape installation (patios, walkways, driveways)

- Armour stone and masonry work

- Planting trees, shrubs, and gardens

- Grading and sodding

- Fence installation

- General landscape construction duties

- Snow removal operations during the winter season

- You'll work closely with Crew Leaders to maintain the high quality standards that Partridge Fine Landscapes is known for.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who:

- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Are physically capable of lifting and performing manual labour throughout the day

- Take pride in producing quality work

- Follow direction well and work effectively as part of a team

- Are eager to learn new skills and grow within the company

- Can work extended hours during peak construction season when required

Requirements:

- Valid Class G Driver's Licence

- Reliable transportation to our yard at 3077 Guelph Line, Burlington

- English communication skills

- Landscape construction and/or snow removal experience is considered an asset but is not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Typical start time: 6:30 AM at our Burlington yard

- Typical workday: 10–12 hours, finishing around 5:00 PM
