We're a busy concrete contractor running residential and commercial jobs across Hamilton, Niagara and the GTA. We're growing and need another solid person on the crew.

Here's the deal: we're not looking for an experienced finisher — we're looking for the right person. If you're reliable, mechanically inclined, and you actually like working hard, we'll teach you the trade. Finishing concrete is a skill we can hand a sharp guy in a season. What we can't teach is showing up and giving a damn — that part's on you.

This is for you if you:

Show up on time, every day — rain or shine

Are good with your hands and mechanically inclined (tools, equipment, figuring stuff out)

Don't mind hard, physical, outdoor work and early starts

Want to learn a real trade and build a career, not just collect a cheque

Bonus: you've done landscaping, hardscaping, decks, framing, or any hands-on work

You do NOT need concrete experience. We'll train you from the ground up.

What we offer:

$26–$34/hr to start depending on what you bring — with a real ladder beyond it as you learn to finish and lead

Make it official: we'll sponsor you as a registered apprentice so you earn your Cement Finisher certification while you work — a recognized Ontario trade ticket at the end

Year-round work — we don't shut down when the grass stops growing

A clear path to running your own crew — we promote from within

A tight, no-drama crew that takes pride in the work

Need: valid driver's license, reliable ride to the shop, legally able to work in Canada, and a real work ethic.
