- supervise, train and mentor a crew of landscape technicians

3. Client communication:

- serve as the main point of contact on-site

- understand client needs and deliver exceptional service

4. Quality assurance:

- conduct site inspections and maintain high visual standards

- implement best practices for tree, turf, and plant care

5. Resource coordination:

- organize materials, equipment and scheduling for daily operations
