At Lindsay Landscape, we are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Installation Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is committed to getting the job done safely and efficiently. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to continue working during the winter season in our snow operations.
Key Responsabilities:
Install interlock, retaining walls, and perform grading work
Assist with landscape installation projects from start to finish
Safely operate trucks, trailers, mini excavators, loaders, and other equipment
Perform physically demanding work, including lifting over 50 lbs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
Follow project plans while meeting quality and safety standards
Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Driver's License - G2
- Driver's License - G
Minimum 2 years of landscape or associated installation experience
Experience with:
o Interlock installation
o Grading
o Retaining walls
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs throughout the workday
Experience driving a truck and trailer
Experience operating a mini excavator and loader
Valid and cleaned record G-Class Driver's Licence
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
AZ or DZ Driver's Licence an asset
