We are currently accepting applications for the following roles on a single crew or dedicated teams:

1. Landscape Foreperson (Site Leader)

• The Role: Lead, mentor, and work alongside a crew of 2–5 workers to ensure projects are built accurately, safely, and on time.

• Responsibilities: Manage site progress, read landscape plans, coordinate material deliveries, communicate with project managers/clients, and maintain job site safety.

• Requirements: 2+ years of leadership experience in landscape construction; valid Driver’s License (trailer towing experience preferred); ability to operate light heavy equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator).

2. Hardscape Installer / Mason

• The Role: Execute precision hardscape installations for high-end residential and commercial outdoor spaces.

• Responsibilities: Install interlock pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, steps, base preparation, grading, and drainage systems.

• Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on hardscaping experience; proficient with cut-off saws, plate compactors, and measuring equipment; strong eye for detail.

3. Softscape Specialist / Crew Member

• The Role: Bring custom landscape designs to life through plant installation and final site dressing.

• Responsibilities: Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and garden beds; fine grade topsoil; lay sod; mulch; and assist with general site prep/cleanup.

• Requirements: 1+ year of landscaping/gardening experience preferred; knowledge of plant species and soil care is a major asset; strong physical stamina.
