Job Description
The Grounds Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks in order to complete grounds maintenance service contracts. The Grounds Maintenance Crew Member will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specific job tasks.

Job Duties: Aid in the loading/unloading of trucks in the Am and PM, cut grass, trim edges, clean up debris, blow trimmings, fertilize, pruning, weeding, cultivating etc…
Be flexible and improvise in a dynamic environment
Operate company vehicles, equipment and hand tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers etc..training provided)
Assist Crew Leader in other work-related duties including shop and yard maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance
Strive to improve efficiencies, be innovative
Qualifications
- High School Diploma,
- Apprentice Level I/II,
- Clean Driving Record
Entry level position,
Interest in Training and/or education in Horticulture
Valid 'G' driver's license preferred
