Residential Landscape Superintendent

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is looking for an experienced Residential Landscape Superintendent to lead residential landscape construction and maintenance projects in the Hamilton area. If you're a hands-on leader who values quality, safety, and teamwork, we'd like to hear from you.

Location: Hamilton Area

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$90,000 annually

• Company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape construction and maintenance crews.

• Plan labour, materials, equipment, and project schedules.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Monitor job progress and resolve site issues.

• Maintain quality control and support crew productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential landscaping or landscape construction experience.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, grading, and hardscape installation.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
