While everyone else is buried under three blankets groaning at the alarm, our crews are out there making winter look easy and getting paid well to do it. Jeff’s Outdoor is gearing up for the snow season, and we need reliable, winter-loving crew members to help us keep our communities moving. Rates start at $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience and position applying for.

If you like early the morning quiet, fresh crisp air, maybe heavy machinery, high-energy teamwork, and serious winter cardio, we’ve got a heated cab or a trusty shovel waiting for you.

The Roles we are hiring for…

 Plow Truck Drivers (The Warm-Seat Captains)

- Drive our late-model plow trucks, clear lots like a boss, and play your favorite playlist.

- Requires: Clean driver’s license, reliable winter driving skills, and solid spatial awareness.

 Skidsteer Operators (The Snow Sculptors)

- Operate skidsteers to clear large commercial properties efficiently and safely.

- Requires: Prior heavy equipment experience and a sharp eye for detail.

 Shoveling & Snow Blower Crews (The Winter Cardio Champs)

- Keep walkways, entryways, and steps safe. Skip the gym membership—get paid for your morning workout instead!

- Requires: Stamina, a positive attitude in freezing temps, and attention to safety.

What We Ask From You

 Availability on short notice when winter hits (snow doesn't check the calendar).

 Warm winter gear, a good pair of boots, and a strong work ethic.

 Ability to work nights, early mornings, and long shifts during major storms.
