Job Description

Company: All Terrain Property Maintenance Inc

Location: London, Ontario

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: CEO

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base salary plus performance-based annual bonus opportunity.

All Terrain Property Maintenance Inc. is hiring a Sales and Customer Experience Manager to lead our company-wide revenue pipeline and customer experience across grounds maintenance, turf and horticulture, snow and ice, enhancements, logistics, sweeping, and future service lines.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can create structure, build relationships, improve systems, and turn opportunities into profitable, deliverable work. You will help grow the business while protecting customer trust, operational capacity, service quality, and a clean handoff from sales to operations.

Success in this role is measured by profitable, sustainable growth achieved through strong customer relationships, disciplined sales processes, and operational alignment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As the Sales and Customer Experience Manager, you will own the central execution of our revenue and customer experience system. You will:

Own the company-wide sales pipeline from qualified lead through close, handoff, follow-up, and expansion

Respond promptly to inbound opportunities and build a consistent outbound prospecting rhythm

Develop relationships with property management companies, condominium boards, facility managers, commercial decision-makers, trades, and related property-service businesses

Build opportunities across snow, turf, horticulture, enhancements, sweeping, logistics, and future services

Identify cross-selling, renewal, and expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships

Track municipal tenders and other strategic market opportunities

Build clear, value-based service packages that create meaningful customer choices

Maintain accurate CRM records with source, stage, value, owner, next action, timing, and outcome

Build practical workflows, dashboards, reminders, automations, and reporting rhythms

Lead customer surveys, NPS follow-up, review generation, customer recovery, and renewal-risk follow-up

Identify recurring customer friction and turn feedback into practical service improvements

Confirm scope, pricing, capacity, timing, and operational fit before commitments are finalized

Create a clean sales-to-operations handoff with accurate scope, expectations, site information, and customer commitments

Work closely with the CEO, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and division leaders

Confidently leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve sales processes, customer communication, reporting, workflow automation, and overall efficiency.

This role requires ownership. Success comes from creating visibility, telling the truth about pipeline health, protecting profitability, keeping commitments clear, and improving the system as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer experience, revenue operations, or a related leadership role

A track record of managing a sales pipeline, customer book, lead-generation process, renewals, or comparable revenue system

Experience with commercial customers, property management, condominium boards, facility management, construction, HVAC, pest control, landscape, snow, commercial cleaning, window cleaning, irrigation, or related industries is an asset

Strong CRM, pipeline management, reporting, follow-up, and process-building skills

Ability to connect marketing activity to qualified leads, conversion, profitable revenue, and customer value

Strong judgment about scope, pricing, capacity, customer commitments, and operational delivery

Comfort working directly with a CEO and collaborating across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and service divisions

Confidence using technology, automation, AI, dashboards, and digital systems

Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, self-direction, and dependable follow-through

Who You Are

You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and collaborate effectively across departments.

You are commercially minded and understand the balance between revenue growth, customer experience, and operational delivery.

You build trusted relationships without overpromising.

You communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively.

You use systems consistently and value accurate, reliable information.

You embrace technology, AI, and continuous improvement to work more effectively.

You are motivated by building scalable processes, improving customer experiences, and contributing to long-term business growth.
