Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Landscape Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing expert advice, promoting our products, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with product information by telephone, in-person, or email

• Support the Sales team as needed

• Process purchase orders and invoices

• Place orders and arrange delivery with customers

• Assist with merchandising, pricing and restocking

• Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

• Maintain organized displays and ensure the retail space is clean, inviting, and well-stocked

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Professional demeanor

• Attention to detail

• Previous sales experience with landscape materials

• Landscaping knowledge and experience

• Must be available to work Saturdays

• Ability to work well in a team environment while providing outstanding customer service
