You'll work across:

Interlocking | Woodwork | Natural Stone | Structures | Pools

Earnings:

Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly

Overtime in peak season

Responsibilities:

Assist crew leads and skilled trades on site

Load, unload and move materials

Site prep: excavation support, grading, base prep, compaction

Keep job sites clean and safe

Use and maintain hand and power tools

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Report progress and issues to your crew lead

Requirements:

No experience required — we train on site

Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly through the day

Reliable, punctual, willing to learn

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Legally entitled to work in Canada

Reliable way to get to the shop or site

Assets (not required):

Driver's license

WHMIS or Working at Heights certification

Previous construction or landscaping experience
