Job Description
Oakridge Landscape Contractors is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand in Hamilton! Work outdoors with a supportive crew and help deliver premium lawn and grounds care across our residential and commercial sites.
What You'll Do:
Assist the Foreperson in guiding a daily crew of 3–5 workers.
Complete grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and edging.
Safely drive company trucks with trailers between job sites.
What You Need:
Valid G License with a clean abstract.
Leadership experience on a 3–5 person crew.
Ability to handle physical outdoor labor and lift up to 50 lbs (some Saturdays required).
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma,
- Driver's License - G
- Clean Driving Record
